The final phase of the Philharmonic Rise project is now under way with 10 more Georgian townhouses currently being refurbished, plot 4 was completed this month and we were appointed by the client to turn it into a Showhouse.
The first phase of the Philharmonic Rise project is now complete with 13 Georgian townhouses fully refurbished and occupied. Completion of the works on Falkner Street represents a major milestone in the project as it is now possible to see how the remedial works to the street elevation have restored the frontage of one of the greatest Georgian street in Liverpool.

The proposal takes its clues from the adjoining Victorian terrace, the nearby Black Bull Inn and the design of the previously demolished Aintree Institute building which used to front Longmoor Lane with a series of gables.
