We were invited to enter a limited competition to design a new church to replace the existing Church of the Good Shepherd on Telegraph Road. The church wanted the front to be open and visible from the street. Our design riffed on a theme - 'black and white bricks' - and we had to keep the 'shed' gable, iconic to small chapels throughout the British Isles.
